Family of 7 and 8 huskies went on a journey to the lake Myvatn North Iceland. It was not a pleasant drive in a blizzard and heavy snow fall. 7 hours later we arrived to our small and cosy cabin with everyone hungry like the wolf and in urge to go out and breath some fresh air. Stayed for 4 days and did well
Went out with Kaldi today testing a new camera set up inside the husky trailer for the Land rover
We just got 11 new puppies to our kennel at Husky Iceland so the life today is a little bit of a mess with them all. Still we are coping just fine and in late January they will all leave to their new homes.
Nothing compares to the early mornings in Iceland. Taking the dogs into the ever-changing colours of nature and pure air. Today the Lupine flower is in full blossom but in 2 weeks it will be gone again. From Iceland with love.
Beautiful spring evening in Iceland. Heading out in the pure nature with all the furry bottoms along with the kids. Spending time together is one of the greatest gifts families can give to one another. Not only does quality time strengthen and build family bonds, but it also provides a sense of belonging and security for everyone in the family.
We did start in a beautiful sunny weather but half the way we got a heavy snowfall. We did so many amazing journeys together this season. Iceland does have so many things to offer.
Finally we can say that spring is upon us and sun and warmer air is gusting from the southern hemisphere. We can leave the parkas at home now as the sun and warmer winds are blowing the last snow away in southern Iceland. Spring is finally here and we love it.
Everyday we try to take the dogs out for a run in the nature. Really hope that spring will be upon us soon.
We always have to go and walk the dogs as we like to call it. We let them run free above our small town in Iceland Still we have quite a lot of snow above our house and we love to go out and play. Its fun seeing them all together running and playing without much conflicts !
